Carol Rios has been practicing EFT since early 2000 and working with clients, finds
this to be one of the most miraculous techniques for bring fast relief for so
many issues and disorders.
Carol used EFT to heal her own illness in 2005 when diagnosed with inoperable
cancer. Within 4 months had shrunk the tumor to where it was completely removed
and no cancer was found in her body.
The basic theory of is that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption
in the body's energy system. By correcting the disturbance on an energetic
level, we simultaneously correct it on the emotional level. This was the
discovery by a Doctor Callahan when working with one of his patients who had a
fear of water. When he had worked with her unsuccessfully for a few years, she
mentioned that whenever she thought of her fear of water she had a pain in her
stomach. Dr. Callahan then tapped a few times on the stomach meridian and the
woman's fear was instantly gone.
Tap to Freedom; a new approach to discharging excess
emotional distress and liberating one's natural growth process. I have
incorporated the EFT Emotional Freedom Technique as taught by Gary Craig and
other systems of healing and regeneration of the body mind connection. Utilizing
a spiritual connectivity while focusing on issues be they emotional or physical,
while allowing for relaxation in the body, this system has developed over the
past few years. The basis of EFT has its roots in ancient Chinese medicine and
the modern science of Applied Kinesiology. These techniques are gentle, rapid
and startlingly effective. New or old emotional upsets can often be released in
less than half an hour! Similarly, life long phobias, compulsive behaviors and
unhealthy patterns of belief can be eliminated. The process itself is actually
quite simple: while holding a problem in mind and feeling the feelings
associated with that problem, you tap with your fingers on specific acupuncture
points. This opens the meridians and balances your energy.
Many issues which previously may have taken months or years of work with more
traditional approaches, can be worked through rapidly and effectively.
I personally have witness people lose the urge to smoke who were craving on a
scale of 1 to 10, they were a 10 or higher, then in less than two minutes be
down to a zero.
