4.A. REFUNDS: CDs are pre tested before shipment. No refunds are awarded
for any reason. If the product is damaged during shipment, a replacement will be
shipped to the customer after receiving the damaged product back to the company.
Exceptions to this rule are determined if customer contacts the company by email
and stipulates conditions and/or product dysfunction etc. Refunds are allowed to
those buyers of mp3 and other audio downloads that cannot receive the download
for reasons of technical issues, whether due to internet problems that are
out or the control of The Art of Awareness LLC and several attempts to retrieve
the download have been made and written requests have been made to the email of
The Art of Awareness LLC to bring the issue to the attention of the customer
