Dear Carol,

It's hard to believe it's already been over a month since my session with you. Just this morning, my husband started in again, nagging and complaining to me in such an attacking way that only a short six weeks ago, would have had my blood boiling from the adrenaline and I would have fought back, only escalating the abusive situation . But not this morning. Nor any other day since I met you. My (new) pattern of thoughts and reactions are still so crisp and clear, it seems like it was just last week that I saw you. I have broken free from the chains that I had myself in! You made things so clear to me that It is hard to believe it could have been so simple! I look at my husband now and I don't feel any pain, his words are almost humorous to me. I have to be careful not to smirk while he is "scolding me". Once he asked right out, " What is with you? What do you think of yourself?" I wanted to shout back "I LOVE MYSELF, I RESPECT MYSELF AND I APPRECIATE MYSELF!!!". But I didn't because I could how much pain HE was in and it would have only made it worse. I can look at him know and feel sorry for him because I now know it is HIS problem, NOT MINE. I have found ways to stand up for myself and not be pushed around anymore! Within days of my session with you, my family, friends, my husband and even my children could notice a "change" in me. You have given me my life back! Or rather shown me how to take it back! As a result, my home has been calmer, better organized, and happier! My husband has new found respect for me. He evens tells now how much he appreciates me! My children respect me more too! And it doesn't stop there. Everyday seems better than the last. IF I do feel a little weak or "down", I listen to one of your CD's and get the boost I need to get back in the "Driver's Seat"! I just can't thank you enough. Thank you for the new information. I will add these to my tapping. I want you to know that even though I had a little anxiety starting before I went to my singing lesson it didn't grow. In fact it lessened. I was much more relaxed than I've ever been at my lesson. I didn't sing with my shoulders hunched. My voice was louder. He didn't say anything like what did you do this week? But he was complimentary. I am not ready to tell him yet (if ever) what I did.

I went back and forth between some amazing experiences and powerful events of letting go of unconscious blocks. Sometimes I would have plateaus where it did not seem like a lot was happening, but every time I thought I 'd changed as much as I was going to, the process would start up again and more positive changes would follow.

So as it is now, it really seems so natural. The breakthroughs, and the new insights that accompanied them, once they were made, seemed so obvious it was hard to understand why I hadn't felt that way before! I could hardly wait for my meditation time each day to find out what was going to happen next.

Carol has been a great blessing in my life. She helped me to heal emotionally, to know that God wants us to be free from a world that teaches us that fear and pain are suppose to be a part of us. I'm able to finally embrace freedom from religion and enjoy life with my family.

I came to work on a obsessive compulsive behavior but found in addition to more workability around it an amazing transformation in how I relate to my mother in general. I am currently living with her, being a caregiver and helping her move, and I was astounded how interactions with Mother that used to profoundly impact me negatively no longer did after even just one session! Without any effort on my part. My self-esteem received a tremendous grounding and stability and I continue to enjoy it even under great stress. What a gift!

Carol Rios, and EFT, have totally changed my life. I went to her six months ago with a sleeping disorder. Happily, I have not missed a night of sleep since. People ask me if I tap about this every night before I go to bed--I've never tapped about sleep since. Very caring person that is there when you need her. I had a bad anxiety attack and I was not able to get a hold of any doctor but once I called Carol, thank goodness, she answered and made me feel a lot better.

Carol's EFT therapy was amazing. She helped me tremendously with releasing childhood memories of guilt and anger. She is such a loving and kind person, and you feel that through her sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking some kind of healing.

Carol helped me through some anger that I held for years. She helped me release it and it has never come back. She also helped me with fears I've had for years and also helped me with self confidence. Carol is a compassionate, kind, loving lady and I have recommended her to people who she has also helped.

Carol's EFT therapy worked wonders for me, it even got rid of my headaches. I feel like I released a lot of pent up anger and frustration. I don't know how it works, I just know it works and I feel better now than I have in a long time..
